you know what i’ll never stop being ashamed of and embarrassed about? the stanley cup finals riot. realistically, it’s never going to actually go away. makes me want to throw up. and as an actual fan, it hurts knowing that people around the world think that of you, and always will. i hate the people who were involved in it. i just want to watch hockey and be a proud fan. fuck those people, i could care less about their pathetic attention seeking, drunk, bandwagoning selves. i can’t express how much i really do hate those people. maybe hockey is just a sport, but what they did hurt me and most importantly, disrespected the city and hockey team. it has clearly been almost a year later and it still has a big impact.
lol biznasty kinda got me thinking about the riot, even if what he said wasn’t about the vancouver one. i love that man.
he was referring to the riot in lexington, kentucky- you guys won, do not burn things!!! there should be classes on how to celebrate properly because sports fans suck at it.
